Dholera, Gujarat:
In a major boost to India’s semiconductor mission, the Gujarat government is accelerating the development of residential and urban infrastructure in Dholera SIR to support Tata Group’s upcoming ₹91,000 crore semiconductor fabrication plant.

As per an Economic Times report, around 1,500 serviced apartments are being constructed to house Tata employees, global experts, and supplier networks. Of these, 275 units are already available, with more nearing completion. Additionally, Tata has received a 10-acre land allotment to build 530 apartments by mid-2027.
