Tata Housing Dholera project marks a major milestone in Gujarat’s smart city development, featuring 500+ apartments alongside new service apartment projects and a ₹91,000 crore semiconductor hub, boosting jobs and infrastructure in Dholera.
In a major boost to urban development, the Gujarat government has allotted 10 acres of land to Tata for a new housing project in Dholera. The project will initially feature over 500 apartments, marking a significant step in making Dholera a livable and well-connected smart city.
Alongside this, Dholera Industrial City Development Ltd (DICDL) has auctioned land to private developers for the construction of around 1,000 service apartments, catering to the growing residential demand in the region.
Dholera is also emerging as a major semiconductor hub, with three large-scale projects underway. Among them is a ₹91,000 crore semiconductor fabrication facility in collaboration with Taiwan’s PSMC, expected to generate around 20,000 skilled jobs. The TEPL-led facility is scheduled for completion by the second quarter of fiscal year 2027–28.
The Tata Housing Dholera initiative, combined with industrial growth, positions Dholera as a key destination for future-ready infrastructure and investment opportunities.
